Objectives.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Analyze the interrelationship between an organization's strategic objectives and the technology needed to model, implement, and operate them in a way that allows for constant monitoring, measurement, and improvement.
- Incorporate business process models into technological platforms, based on the strategic and operational requirements of various organizational areas, through the application of the relevant implementation methodologies.
